i just finished up my 1k service at Astoria today with my 06 black
i mostly drove normal
but i did fang it every now and than
the first night i got it, i hit vtec like 3 times.
i've got no problems whatsoever, so I reckon thats the way to go. don't be scared to give it a little oommff!
