You get what you pay for. His car is untuned with the following mods if memory serves me right. (Still running AC and PS as well)

    - Injen CAI
    - Toda Headers
    - Test Pipe
    - Fuji RM01A
Must admit the man knows his shit and always tells it straight, my cars power is thanks to Duy's advice.

no haters here , mate. Just dynos that read different from tuner to tuner.
Read into it. Its not your mods you sold him that I diss its the up n down dyno results we seem to get. But we now have a comparison (as stated by the poster) its good to see
Good results - lets see some 1/4 mile numbers to see how it goes.

Thanks ek4-guy Nah m8, it's got a power fc and i just had one of the fellas at Chip-torque slap a tune on it.

HAHA What's funniest is that the car drove in with nearly 17.0 afr Thankfully the tune brought it a bit closer to reality. It's now running between 11.9-12.9 If i had the money, i would give Dyno Dave a go.... he seems to have an excellent rep through honda's but he also seems to be a pretty busy and expensive fella to employ though, from what i've read...

Next upgrade: Fully built Cylinderhead & Mystery Cams.... might have to chase up the ellusive Dyno Dave after all... hehe
You need me just keep in touch with Barefootbonzai he looks after alot of bookings for me when I am in QLD.

Let's see, take one highly strung 1.6L atmo engine, add bolt on's and an ecu, grab an extra 8kw. Sounds about right to me peanut
    And so it begins...

Thanks for checking it out guys!

I look forward to running it at the track!! The car is definately an entirely different drive. I've recently installed energy suspension engine mount inserts *Thanks Yonas* and shifter bushings. These things help out a fair bit to ensure posative drivablity. Can i just say? "HUGE" difference to stock rubber.

Cheers for dropping in D-Dave! I'll be meeting you soon i'm sure.

    Just so you guys know....

    PFC with Commander= $990.00 Aud
    DH-R P-Match Intake manifold + 74mm taper bored Billet TB= $740.00 Aud
Custom Built SS ITR copy header 2.5 col= $300.00 Aud
    Custom crush bent 2.5 catback= $100.00 Aud

I reckon the 8 FWKW gain wasnt bad, for the money..... Honda FTW!!!

I would have more expected 10kw atw from just CAI, filter, extractors and exhaust with no ECU

on a Honda or most 4 cyl. engines , 10kw ATW is a great gain for all those mods.
Usually , making the engine breathe better just yeilds slightly better "response"or top end or fuel efficiency , hardly ever results on the dyno.

    990 + 740 + 300 + 100 = 2130

    For 8KW

    $3,001.64

Just need intercooler. And we'll say, +30kw is a "pessimistic" guess
