Hey mate, nice car in my opinion you would get more money if you sold the parts and put it back to stock and sold the car. Like to sell the mugen gear ?
And just something I have to get off my chest....how the heck can 2002 model EP3's have 25,000kms. It is so bull. And I have see that many EP3's with such little kms for a car that is nearly seven years old. On average a person drives 15,000km per year so do the maths 105,000kms average. And they are such awesome cars who wouldn't drive them for miles and miles
Sorry if I offend any one, just wanted to raise a point which I think is valid.

Who knows people in japan could have used the car as a weekend car and used public transport for getting to work. My car is a 2002 model and i bought it with 32000km on the clock. Even though it was 5 year old at the time i purchased it, it felt as if it was brand new. Meh who knows.

There are a few way to find out what km the car has done .
1) One way have a look in the glove box and there should be a sticker in there when the major service is done. PICS to come soon
2) Get a car that has log book...
3) Get the auction cert that as it shows the km on it.
I have worked for importer in the past and they 7/10 cars come with logbooks but they change the KM on them after they buy them at auction and then import them in....so they terf the books ...
I'm not saying all cars have had there KM changed but i would have to say 80% would be because at the end of the day the can buy cheaper car with high KM and pay $$$ to get them changed and make an extra couple of thousand ..
Like with anything you get what yopu pay for and you know a good car when you see one ...

Yeah exactly, the importers wind down the KM's and sell them with like 20,000kms here to make the extra money. In my opinion its all a load of rubbish my ep3 which I imported myself has 60,000+kms and I would love to compare the condition of mine to some of these other cars with extremely low kms as mine (i reckon, havent seen any other EP3s thats why we need a meet) is pretty dam clean...spent so much money on car cleaning products and look after it! I have all log books from Japan etc.
I just annoys me to think when I do sell my EP3 that I will up against the bloody importers who wind down the KMs and my car will SEEM like it has so many kms on it and will be hard to sell or wont be able to get what it is worth. It is also bad for the true EP3s with genuine Kms. Cheating is never fair is it.

well car is immaculate and i have the auction papers also, car was a rating 5A with 22,000 kms and i will provide the auction sheet to the prospective buyer. Just need a ballpark figure of what its worth these days?
Think of it this way, in tokyo if your travelling less than 20kms its quicker to take a bike so i really doubt that a person does 15000 kms a year

Yeah I believe you as I said at the end "It is also bad for the true EP3s with genuine Kms" but there are so many that aren't genuine and it just bloody annoys me.
