Dealer's separated the sales / accessories to max out their profits I think may years ago the distinction between the two is not that clear but now it is for this very reason.

After you get your accessories just skip the accessories dept altogether on your way out!
The main problem is that the accessories pricelist in the new car showroom is dearer than if you go to Honda spares and buy them even with no discount..I always negotiate the new car price with no options at all.
