Any good synthetic is any easy win and is better than FEO. IMO you can't go wrong with Elf, Motul, Mobil 1. 10w-30 should be fine, if your car has seen a few km's eg 100,000+ then run a 10W-40 as it's slightly thicker. Most these oil's are available at either repco, autobahn etc.
Well i went to the honda dealer to day and got my self some oil (which is fine for now then, because i dont have a licence for another 2 more months and its just my gf driving it the odd time around town) might look into the synthetic stuff then because i do want to track it as well, the only thing is that i cant find any of them oils in 10-30 (my car has 85000kms) around hear i have tried super cheap auto, autobahn and repco, do i have to order them in? or is my town just povo Lol?

If the places your going to sell brands such as Motul, Elf or whatever brand you want to use, Just ask them to order it in, as they'll usually only stock oil viscosity's that are premium sellers.

Most autobarn, supercheap, repco stock 10W30 such as Valvoline Durablend, Shell Plus Eco, Castrol GTX, just to name a few...

Some Kmart and BigW also stock Durablend and GTX

One Repco I know of still have what left of Mobil1 10W30 discontinued stock.

Fully synthetic oil genenerally have less oil consumption than mineral oil based on higher flash point and noack.
