yeh all of a sudden it just ****ed up after coming home from the shops. so i had to do 3rd gear starts at the traffic lights and by the time it went from green to red at the lights i was the only one out! ahhahah

but i couldn't move the gear stick to the left at all...woudln't budge no matter how hard i tried. called up honda roadside assist to come and they sent (RAC)... he came and "apparently" had no idea (took 2mins)

but then i drove it after he left with 3rd gear start and rev'd it to 4k then tried to change to 2nd and it worked.... fkn weird...

which other model has indicators on the side mirrors?? ive been looking at other fd's and i havent seen any with them??

the longer i have the car im finding out a heap of little different things between the hybrid fd and other fd's. im stoked!!

just drove from canberra to the coast and averaged 4.9/100. (big wheels,aircon)

oh and had no probs with power/overtaking. but on a big hill i had to turn the air con off once for a little more power lol!

have you had any symptoms before this happened? like crunching gears a day or to before? Have you changed the MTF fluid (tranny fluid) or done a service recently?

Or even possibly bottomed out ur car?

lol im not sure how old this site is but boys if you want your FD to a FD2R (body only, not sure y not the engine wasnt as well. y dont you just imported it to Thailand and get your body moded to FD2R

shipping might be a bit expensive but labor is probably as cheap salt

(average thai earns like $30aus a week any way)
