I can't confirm the crankshaft but I can confirm the rods are indeed semi-forged/forged (though I'm not sure what technique or material used).

I've got an AE111... Murders the Sportivo in every aspect you can think of then some o.O

hmm ae111 blacktop? I had an ae111 and ae101 hence my username and i wasent impressed at all i ended up with a redtop smallport non tvis 4age...so I have to dissagree with you on that
