Do HID's draw current from your car when it is not in use?

I'm asking this because after installing my fog light HIDs yesterday the battery seems to have died overnight.

All I did was take out the factory bulbs and replace the connectors with the HID ones. I'm pretty sure they have a built in relay

actually now that u mention it, are you talking about the reinforcing front bumper bar? That's quite a good place...

mine's on the bar that runs between the chassis and fender - it's right in front of u when u look from the wheel well

Nope, I mounted them through the wheel guards with the side of the front bumper out a little.
