remove the filler plug and put ur finger in there to check the level

ta, i got everything ready but when i tried to loosen the filler bolt it was way too tight is there another way 2 loosen it besides a 17mm spanner
socket, breaker bar, and a pipe on top of the breaker bar for more leverage, make sure the socket in on firm as the last thing you want to do is strip it.

Try a longer spanner.
Or connect 2 spanners together. 17mm with a 18-19mm on the open ended side to give more leverage. Theyd always be tight. Other wise it'd leak =/
