Isnt that a test pipe not a catalytic converter?

Should change it out for a hi-flow catalytic converter. Illegal to run your car without a cat and can face massive fines if caught.
Also with the d series headers they come with 2 o2 sensor locations, the one you have used only meters 1 or 2 cylinders where as the rear one measures all 4. You can extend the existing 02 sensor to reach the rear o2 bung by cutting the wire inhalf and adding a new section of wire like ive done here, that way your actually getting a reading from all cylinders.
Rear o2 bung located here

Thanks yeah i kno and i have been looking around for hi-flow catalytic converter to put in.
So by doing that O2 sensor swap to the back will just give a proper reading ?

Nice one, good to hear your looking for a cat.
Yeh if you run the o2 sensor in the rear bung you get a reading from all 4 cylinders rather than just the 1 or 2 your reading now, the stock o2 is quite short so you will probably need to cut and solder some extra wire to make it reach. Better to be reading all cylinders imo.
