K20 I'd be budgeting $12-15 as a minimum mate, maybe more.

    Good to be ambitious though!

B18C doesn't have amazing torque by any means but it's definitely more than the B16A. Fun little engine.

when one is after Le 'Torque / Le ' H22 is a good option not to mention its way cheaper then a KaySeries
but you would have to have a B-Series Trany

u mean a h2b setup... should net around 140-150atw with a type s h22a... labour will be a killer... h2b setup should look around 7-10k

IMO buy a B16A and do a B20 frank. H2B is nice but unless you can source a B-series box on its own can be expensive to piece together/labor.

Either option is probably half the price of a K20 I reckon.

yeah i won't be looking to do anything too complicated, my mechanic will probably do it, my brothers and i have done a few engine swaps but none of us have enough time to do it if i end up going b16 we will probably do it, so yeah gotta look at something that won't have too much labour. But your guys opinions are all helping out the more options the better!

Update: bought some coilovers off a member should be here next week, also have front and rear hardrace camber arms so will get all of that installed next week stay tuned for pictures.

Try to do B18C2, honestly what are the price difference between a B18C2 & B16? Fitting it in will be not that much different from each other.

cheers man, the k tuned is pretty sweet feels much better than stock once you get used to it, and i've never used another short shifter before so can't really compare.

update: got my coilovers, and camber arms installed. First impressions were bouncy bouncy bouncy but i've been driving it for a few days now and they feel fine, well fine for $500, the main thing i have noticed is the amazing difference in handling i didn't think they would have such an effect! I didn't go much lower than i had with the king springs on, the car is just level now.

Anyways here's some photos i'm a terrible photographer sorry!

really need to get the dent in the side fixed

my sideskirt fell off while i was driving lucky i saw it in the side mirror! still need to put it back on properly
