multi stud rims have 8 stud holes which has 4x100 and 4x114.

Multi stud rims can have 10 'holes' as well.

ok so if its multi fit they would obviously fit right?

Not necessarily. You need to check if the rims are 4x100 (PCD) and also compare the offset to the wheel width.
