honestly if any1 would want to run 10-20psi on d series vtece or non vtec i think all u would need is

CP Vitara pistons (76mm)
-Wrist pins and C clips
-Piston rings (Hastings or NPR)
-Timing Belt
-Water Pump
-ACL Rod Bearings
-ACL Main Bearings
-ACL or King Thrust washers

and for turbo BULLSEYE-POWER/BORG WARNER T3/T04e 57 trim
