EFI is just electronic fuel injection - they fixed up other issues when they released the EFI models in 2009...

Restricted wise, I read the pre-2009 model there is a carby slide with a hole drilled in it... im guessing the EFI has a replaced ecu, which would have a tag around it to prevent unauthorised tampering... you would have to go to a hyosung dealer to have them change this... call them up and ask what teh damage is before you buy one

Also, its a good bike but its heavy, and its tall. Its 210kg dry, if you are short you may have a problem
