That coupe accord is hideous, and all the good parts (ie rear end only) will likely be toned down for the actual production model. I can't wait to see what the sedan looks like though. The technology increases are impressive as well, they are retaining the 6 speed! Also adding hybrid modes, etc and all engines gaining more hp/tq

Pretty sure ILX uses Civic platform or something
Comes in K20Z with automatic or K24Z with manual.
So it's more Civic than Euro.

Bye2 Honda... Hello Mazda family

WOW, the TSX actually comes in a V6 in the US!!!! Producing 280hp, that's a sweet 209kW, compared to the crappy 148kW that we get here in the 4 cylinders Euro.
So annoying how these things don't make it down under.

I have a cousin who works at Honda (overseas). He was saying the 9th gen Accord would be launched in Dec (no other info yet though).
On a side note, he did say they had meetings recently for concepts for the 2017 civic lol.

Except the V6 variants are way to heavy at the nose end. 209kW FWD, yey.

Don't count on it, American made Acura's aren't generally sold in non-NA markets.

Yeah obviously it will be heavier at the front but still I'm sure it would perform a lot better than the 4 cylinder one.

62/38 weight distribution, it seems that the TSX was designed as a 4 cylinder but they just dumped in a V6 for the American market?

Yeah Americans love 6 and 8 cylinders, but so do I

2013 Accord Concept Is Honda trying to copy Kia cars!!
ILX - Confused Lexus/Accord/Civic baby :P Has it been confirmed they will be dumping the TSX?
NSX - I'm starting to save up for one now haha
Think it's too early to look at new Accord Euro maybe 2014 for new model.

I don't think there's "confirmation" per say, it's just widely speculated.
It's definitely replacing the CSX in the Canadian market, what will happen to the TSX is unknown. However, the continued cannibalisation of the TL market from the TSX is not good for Honda.

True that.. on second look after googling it, it doesn't look that great anyway..rear is a bit awkward, but a step up compared to the "shield" Acura use for grilles over there.
